SUMMARY:EDGE Communication Workshop on 6th July 2018
DESCRIPTION:On 6th July\, 2018\, “EDGE Communication Workshop” was conducted for our founding members; in cooperation with Investing in Women (IW) and International Finance Cooperation (IFC) to support in designing effective communication plan regarding Gender Equality at workplace and EDGE certification programme. \nAs the commitment of promoting gender equality in the workplace in Myanmar\, our Business Coalition for Gender Equality (BCGE) founding members are using EDGE assessment tool as part of measuring their progressing to achieve the coalition goals. Among our founding members\, First Myanmar Investment Group (FMI)\, Shwe Taung Group (STG) & City Mart Holdings (CMHL) has finished EDGE Certification process and the other members are about to start the EDGE process. Thus\, we – BCGE – hosted “EDGE Communication Workshop” in order to share global experiences in internal & external stakeholders’ relationship after their EDGE certification.
