SUMMARY:EDGE Workshop for Founding Members on 26th July 2018
DESCRIPTION:On 26th July\, 2018\, “EDGE Workshop for Founding Members” was conducted in cooperation with Investing in Women (IW) with the participants from KBZ Bank\, IKBZ Insurance Team\, Parami Energy Group\, Ayeyarwady Bank (AYA Bank) and First Myanmar Investment (FMI) head office group: – our founding members who are going to start proceeding the EDGE Certification program. This workshop aimed to support the detailed explanation of EDGE certification program and determine the necessary technical supports as well as drafting out the communication plan regarding the certification process. \nAs our founding members agreed gender equality goals\, hold themselves accountable and take action to achieve those goals and measure their progress using EDGE (Economic Dividends for Gender Equality) – a world leading diagnostic and certification system. Thus\, we – BCGE – hosted “EDGE Workshop for Founding Members” in order to provide detailed demonstrations of EDGE process as well as preliminary communication plan.
