Register to attend below! \n  \nAbout the speaker  \n  \n \n  \nKyawt Kay Thi Win is the Country Director of Business Coalition for Gender Equality (BCGE)\, an\nassociation which encourages businesses and organisations in Myanmar to promote gender equality in\ntheir workplace and in their community\, including by going through EDGE Certification\, a global\nbenchmarking assessment for workplace gender equality. BCGE is supported by Investing in Women\, an\ninitiative of the Australian Government. Kyawt has more than 16 years of experience in the commercial\nand development sectors in various roles\, from Assistant Manager to Country Director in sales and\nmarketing\, real estate\, project management\, marketing and communications\, garment sector\ndevelopment\, donor-funded projects and corporate management in local\, international companies and\nagencies including PSI\, PyoePin and MGMA. Before she joined BCGE\, she was the Corporate Director of\nCardno Myanmar\, an international consulting firm where she expanded the organisation from two team\nmembers to seven hundred with twelve projects of the World Bank and ADB. She is passionate about\nwomen’s active participation in leadership position and decision making and gender equality activities in\nMyanmar\, contributing to the area throughout her career. She is one of the advisory board members of\nWomen’s Voice and Leadership Myanmar. She enjoys cooking in her spare time.
