During this special session\, exclusively conducted for Member Organisations in celebration of International  Women’s Day 2024\, participants will explore topics such as Understanding Equality and Inequality\, Gender Equality\, Workplace Gender Equality (WGE) and why it matters\, Safeguarding WGE through infrastructure\, and many more. Engaging exercises and discussions will facilitate a deeper understanding of these concepts\, empowering attendees to take actionable steps towards creating an inclusive workplace environment. \nWho Should Attend?\nThis session is ideal for HR practitioners\, people managers\, and any employees or employers from BCGE’s member organisations who are interested in fostering gender equality in their workplaces.
