DESCRIPTION:In honor of International Women’s Day 2024\, the regional program of Business Coations is hosting an inaugural regional meeting of Business Coalition members from Indonesia\, Myanmar\, and the Philippines\, dedicated to advancing Workplace Gender Equality (WGE) within their organisations.\n\nAll member organisations of BCGE are encouraged to attend this meeting as it will be an insightful gathering where we explore the transformation of policies\, practices\, and culture towards Workplace Gender Equality. With the participation of 54 Southeast Asian member organisations that have taken part in GEARS\, we believe this is an opportunity for our member organisations to learn from each other’s experiences and collectively progress towards gender equality.\nThrough a series of presentations\, panel discussions\, and interactive Q&A sessions\, with the presence of representatives from IDX Indonesia\, Digiserve\, AYA Bank\, and Investing in Women\, we aim to foster meaningful dialogue and exchange of invaluable insights and experiences.\n\nPlease mark your calendars and save the date for this significant event.
