She currently serves as the Country Director of the Business Coalition for Gender Equality Association in Myanmar. Kyawt has a proven track record of supporting 13 organizations in Myanmar to obtain the Global Gender Equality Certification. She also served as the Technical Team Lead for Myanmar in the development of the Regional Gender Equality Assessment\, collaborating with the Workplace Gender Equality Agency in Australia and Business Coalitions for Women Empowerment in Indonesia\, the Philippines\, and Vietnam. \nFurthermore\, Kyawt designed and developed the first workplace gender equality index and assessment in Myanmar\, known as ‘Know Your WGE’\, which guides organizations in their gender reporting process. In her consulting work\, Kyawt focuses on strategic solutions to foster equitable and inclusive workplaces\, emphasizing inclusive leadership\, creating a workplace for all\, embracing respectful workplaces\, combating unconscious bias\, leading inclusive communications\, and overcoming norms and stereotypes to improve employee engagement and increase productivity. Kyawt has become a leading voice for the business sector’s DEI agenda in Myanmar and was recognized as an Asia D&I Champion Award 2022 winner.
