Su is the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning specialist in BCGE. She not only manages the day-to-day MEL systems but leads the surveys and assessments. She earned her Master’s degree in Public Health (Health Policy and Programs) from the University of South Florida with Fulbright Scholarship. She has several years of experience in various fields, including monitoring and evaluation, public health, HIV/ AIDS, sexual and reproductive health and rights, community mobilization, and advocacy with different organizations. Su is enthusiastic about evidence-based decision-making. She is passionate about research, data, and statistics. She believes that data and information enable leaders and decision-makers to make the best possible reform. Her professional goal is to empower the change-makers by utilizing her data analysis skill.
