The esteemed panelists of the day shared their insights and experiences on how technology can promote gender diversity and inclusivity in the workplace. Attendees learned about the latest trends and best practices for leveraging technology to create more gender-balanced workforces, including eliminating bias in hiring and performance evaluations and creating more flexible and remote work arrangements.
