Kyawt Kay Thi Win

Kyawt Kay Thi Win is a respected thought leader and strategist who believes in the power of inclusive workplaces and equitable societies to shape a better future. Her purpose is to inspire businesses and leaders to embed Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) not as compliance, but as a catalyst for growth, innovation, and resilience.

With a vision to redefine the way organizations think, act, and operate, Kyawt works with leaders to transform workplace culture and build inclusive systems that drive lasting social impact.

She is the architect of Myanmar’s first Workplace Gender Equality Index, Know Your WGE, a pioneering national benchmark for gender equality reporting. Regionally, she contributes as a founding advisory panel member of GEARS, supports organizations pursuing EDGE gender certification, and advises on GEDSI integration in climate response and CSR initiatives.

Since 2019, Kyawt has been at the forefront of Myanmar’s DEIB movement, guiding systemic change at the intersection of leadership, policy, and culture. Her influence was recognized with the Asia D&I Champion Award (2022).

She also serves as President of the ASEAN Human Development Organization (Myanmar Chapter), Founder of Up the Starts, and Advisory Board Member of the Myanmar Sustainable Business Network.
