Min Ko is a finance professional with nine years of progressive experience in financial reporting, donor compliance, budgeting, and full-cycle accounting across both the non-profit and private sectors. He has extensive expertise in managing multi-currency budgets, overseeing audits, implementing effective internal controls, and ensuring adherence to donor and regulatory requirements. Known for his structured approach and attention to detail, he has consistently strengthened financial governance and operational effectiveness within the organizations he has served. 

As the Head of Finance and Operations at the Business Coalition for Gender Equity Association, Min Ko leads the organization’s financial and administrative functions. He holds full responsibility for grants management, reporting, budgeting, and operational oversight, while also providing strategic analysis of financial data to support informed decision-making at the top management level. His leadership ensures strong compliance, transparent reporting, and efficient integration of financial and operational processes. 

Prior to his role at BCGE, Min Ko worked as a Finance Officer at a fast-growing facility management company, where he managed company-wide financial records, led the finance team, and delivered accurate financial reports to senior leadership. With deep knowledge of finance procedures, corporate governance, and regulatory frameworks, he is highly regarded for his ability to manage complex financial operations with professionalism, precision, and integrity.
