Win Ei is the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Specialist at BCGE. Responsible for day-to-day MEL systems, measuring and reporting progress toward achieving key results as agreed to in the MEL Plan and leading the surveys and assessments.  Ensure that streamlining processes and tools for program reach, efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability throughout the project cycle. She has excellent progressive experiences, over fifteen years of experience, including ten years of experience in humanitarian and development fields. Having a solid background in a research study, developing monitoring, evaluation, accountability, learning systems, data collection methods and tools, data analysis, database management, visualization, and reporting with UN/INGO and private organisations. Furthermore, have strong analytical skills in quantitative and qualitative research and have been involved in many research projects conducted for both market and social such as needs assessments, rapid market assessments, baseline studies, mid-term/ outcome evaluations, and impact assessments, etc.
