On July 17, 2025, BCGE proudly hosted the 𝐊𝐡𝐢𝐭 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐭 𝐏𝐡𝐚𝐲 𝐏𝐡𝐚𝐲 ခေတ်သစ်ဖေဖေ‌ 𝐏𝐡𝐨𝐭𝐨 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲, a flagship event of our ongoing campaign dedicated to transforming gender norms.

Launched in 2019, before the COVID-19 pandemic, this campaign has now celebrated five powerful editions, each year growing stronger and more impactful.

To date, we are honored to have 28 sponsor organizations and 1 partner standing with us, united by their commitment to breaking gender stereotypes, especially around fatherhood and family roles.

Through this journey, we have witnessed countless loving families sharing their inspiring stories, reminding us that true love and parenting know no boundaries.

At the ceremony, guests were warmly welcomed with a fun photo booth to capture joyful moments, setting an uplifting tone for the day. The event began with an inspiring opening speech by our Country Director, @
Daw Kyawt Kay Thi Win, reaffirming BCGE’s commitment to driving progress. This was followed by a heartfelt address from our Platinum Sponsor, AYA Bank, PCL, before we moved into the main highlight, the award ceremony.

We were deeply moved by the inspiring stories of modern fathers challenging stereotypes and redefining what it means to be a caregiver and role model.
