Some journeys are measured not by distance, but by the connections we rediscover along the way.
On 8 May 2026, as the city slowly faded behind us on the road to Bulaeinn Villas Resort, our Diversity & Inclusion Club (D&I Club) members stepped away from the rush of everyday routines and into a space shaped by reflection, conversation, laughter, and shared purpose.
Throughout the day, participants connected through meaningful discussions during the Belonging & Purpose Workshop, shared conversations over meals and coffee breaks, expressed their creativity through the bucket hat painting activity, and enjoyed moments of relaxation surrounded by nature. Beneath the calm of open skies and peaceful surroundings, we were reminded that belonging is not something we ask people to earn; it is something we create together, intentionally and wholeheartedly.
Thank you to everyone who joined and contributed to making the day memorable. What we brought back to Yangon at the end of the day was more than photographs or painted hats. The conversations we shared, the connections we formed, and the moments we experienced together reflected the spirit of what the D&I Club continues to build: a community where inclusion, collaboration, and belonging can grow together.
