We are thrilled to introduce the 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐆𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐒 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛 𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐲𝐚𝐧𝐦𝐚𝐫, a dedicated space for CEOs and C-suite leaders from GEARS-assessed organisations to connect, share insights, and turn gender equality data into actionable strategies.

GEARS – Gender Equality Assessment, Results, and Strategies – is 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧’𝐬 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐄𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 (𝐖𝐆𝐄) 𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐠𝐧𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐒𝐄𝐀𝐍 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐬, 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐚’𝐬 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐄𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐀𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 (𝐖𝐆𝐄𝐀) 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐲𝐚𝐧𝐦𝐚𝐫, 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐚, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐕𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐧𝐚𝐦. Over the past four years, 92 organisations regionally, including 24 in Myanmar, have used GEARS to assess policies, workforce composition, and employee movement, uncovering opportunities to advance workplace gender equality. 𝐌𝐲𝐚𝐧𝐦𝐚𝐫 𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐬 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, highlighting our growing commitment to equality and inclusivity.
