We are thrilled to announce the successful moderation led by our Country Director, DEI Thought Leader, and Strategist, Daw Kyawt Kay Thi Win, at the insightful panel discussion titled “𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧,” hosted by Coca-Cola Pinya Beverages Myanmar on March 11.
This enriching discussion, expertly guided by our Country Director, featured participants including the Country Head of People, Ma Goldie Shwe Yee Win Lei, and the Country Head of IT, Ko Tin Naing Zaw from CCPBM, along with Ma Nandar from Feminist Talks with Nandar. Each speaker shared valuable insights and experiences from their respective fields.
CCPBM’s Country Head of IT illuminated the role of technology in fostering inclusivity, highlighting CCPBM’s ICT initiatives as instrumental in embracing diversity and combating gender stereotypes. Meanwhile, the Country Head of People underscored the importance of individual uniqueness and organisational initiatives that promote inclusion and diversity in the workplace. And Ma Nandar shed light on marginalised groups within organisations, emphasising the importance of creating a culture of belonging and allyship.
Throughout the discussion, our Country Director expertly intertwined her insights on Workplace Gender Equality and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. She also encouraged participants to recognise both seen and unseen aspects of diversity with the activity of having participants share their diversity, emphasising the importance of understanding diversity to inspire inclusion effectively.
