We are thrilled to announce our valued members, Implementer Member, Proximity Designs, has achieved significant milestones in their journey toward gender equality by obtaining comprehensive Gender Reports through the regional gender equality assessment, GEARS.

Gender Equality Assessment, Results, and Strategies (GEARS) for the two dedicated member organisations was expertly conducted by BCGE, one of the region’s leading providers of gender equality assessments and certifications, with a scope that extends beyond local boundaries to regional and global levels. This cutting-edge tool, developed by Australia’s Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) in collaboration with Business Coalitions from Myanmar, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Vietnam, allows organizations to track progress and ensure continuous improvement.

Proximity Designs has shown outstanding dedication to advancing their diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts. Building upon the insights from their initial Workplace Gender Equality Assessment conducted two years ago, they addressed key areas of improvement identified in the recent gender report.

During the report presentation sessions conducted with each organisation, key findings were shared, highlighting their strengths in promoting gender balance while also identifying areas for further growth. Both organisations have demonstrated exceptional leadership in prioritising gender equality, setting a benchmark for others in the region.
