On 30th of November 2018, BOD members discussed EDGE certification process and continuous support to member businesses that already achieved EDGE certificate and that working towards achieving EDGE certificate. Also, BOD members discussed mechanisms for the further promotion of gender equality at the workplace including possible child care and breastfeeding facilities as special measures for working-mom in reengaging with the workforce.

Two companies Alive & Thrive (A&T) and Chitsaya Day-Care, presented their activities to the board. Alive & Thrive (A & T)  is a non-profit organisation working to combat child undernutrition by promoting healthy feeding practices. Chitsaya Day-Care provides safe, affordable, high-quality childcare for children up to 5 years old.
