Our Leader Member, Victoria Hospital, in celebration of 16-days Campaign, hosted an enlightening talk on “Anti-Harassment, Anti-Bullying, Non-Discrimination” delivered by BCGE’s Head of Department, DEI, Daw Catherine Hone Paing. This initiative aims to raise awareness about the 16 days campaign, fostering a society where individuals can work, thrive, and engage without fear of harassment, bullying and discrimination. The talk highlighted three main types of harassment such as Discriminatory Harassment, Power Harassment, and Sexual Harassment, and many more crucial topics on why we must prevent harassment and tips to participate. The hospital’s commitment to promoting a harassment-free environment, as demonstrated by this talk, aligns with the ongoing efforts of the 16 Days of Activism Campaign and further reinforces its dedication to creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful workplace for all.
