About the speaker
Nang Yin Yin Min is a Gender and Social Inclusion Specialist and has been working for more than
eighteen years in the humanitarian sector with different government institutions and consultancy
agencies as well as non-governmental organisations such as Care International, the Burnet Institute and
VNG International. Yin holds a Master Degree with Gender and Development Studies from the Asia
Institute of Technology in Thailand. She also participated in various regional and international programs
related to feminist leadership, women empowerment and inclusive governance in different countries.
Yin has a strong technical skill in training facilitation, curriculum development, policy advocacy in gender
mainstreaming, participatory development, and governance strengthening and has a rich experience in
dealing and coordination with multi-stakeholders in different projects. Yin is passionate about gender
transformative change in both the public and private sectors.
