A ๐&๐ ๐๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ฆ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฐ๐๐ซ๐๐ ๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐๐ was resumed on 17th October, starting with โ๐๐๐ฏ๐๐ฅ๐จ๐ฉ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ข-๐๐๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ, ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ข-๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ข๐ง๐ , ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐ง-๐๐ข๐ฌ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ฒ.โย The Clubbers, the HR, DEI, and Sustainability Professionals from BCGE member firms believe that harassment, bullying, and discriminatory behaviors in the workplace can have serious effects on morale, productivity, workplace safety, and overall performance so they marked the topic to be discussed within Clubbers for the โHow Toโ actions on this initiative, since last year.
In the Club discussion, they discussed the subtopics of “๐๐จ๐จ๐ญ ๐ ๐๐๐ญ๐จ๐ซ๐ฌ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐๐ซ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง” and “๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐ซ๐๐๐ฌ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐ง๐๐๐ซ๐ง๐ฌโ with interactive group discussions led by the assigned Team Leaders of the Clubbers themselves. The first subtopic, “Root Factors and Consideration,” was led and facilitated by Maย Yadana Myint Oo, Maย Thida Lwin, and Maย Han Thi Htet, and the second subtopic by Maย Yamin Nyunt, Koย Thiha, and Ma Thida Linn supported by the respective coordinators from BCGE.
This collaborative approach ensured the active engagement of all D&I Clubbers, generating valuable insights and talking points related to anti-harassment, anti-bullying, and non-discrimination policy. The discussions were vibrant and dynamic exchanges of ideas and perspectives from different cultures and industries, which is a remarkable Club activity.
