As the global landscape continues to evolve, fostering a workplace environment that champions diversity and inclusivity is no longer a mere choice but a necessity for organisations aiming to thrive in the 21st century. BCGE recognises the pivotal role that cultivating an inclusive culture plays in the success and sustainability of businesses. In partnership with CCI France Myanmar, we are delighted to present the second session of our Leading Culture Series, titled “Start Cultivating an Inclusive Culture from You.”
Scheduled for Tuesday, 26 September 2023, this session is part of our comprehensive six-session Inclusive Leadership Series, designed to empower leaders and organisations with the insights needed to champion inclusivity in the workplace.
In this Session 2 – Start Cultivating an Inclusive Culture from You, we will touch on the following learning points –
The six-session series of Inclusive Leadership aims to equip aspiring leaders to adopt an inclusive culture to create a great workplace for all levels of employees. Being an inclusive leader takes more than surrounding yourself with employees with different perspectives and backgrounds. The employees and team members want to be heard, respected, valued, and allowed to grow with the focus and responses created by inclusive leaders.
The Inclusive Leadership Series includes six sessions in a bi-monthly period. The peer-to-peer session touches on the topics each workplace leader and manager should know about leading a diverse team and building an inclusive culture. The lessons we learned in this session will assist leaders in igniting and fueling an environment where diversity is welcomed and fueled to achieve better results.
