Inclusive Communication Talk Series l Weaving An Inclusive Culture Through the Power of Inclusive Communication

We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of the first session of our 2-sessions Talk Series, titled “Weaving an Inclusive Culture through the Power of Inclusive Communication,” held in collaboration with CCI France Myanmar on June 19th.

During this session, our Country Director and DEI thought leader, Daw Kyawt Kay Thi Win, along with Head of Department, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Daw Catherine Hone Paing, discussed a range of critical topics. These included what it means by inclusive communication, underlying factors of non-inclusive communication, importance of inclusive communication in the workplace, impact of word choice, languages, and pronouns, among others.

Attended by participants representing a diverse array of organisations, the session underscored the collective commitment towards fostering a more inclusive and respectful workplace environment.
