About the speaker
Khin Hnin Su is a gender and development professional with experience in both the non-profit and private
sectors. At BCGE, Khin leads business development, strategic partnerships, and communications, and
also provides technical expertise, supports the EDGE process and provides client care.
Prior to joining BCGE, she worked as the Program Manager for the Society for International
Development in Washington D.C. There, she managed relations with clients from various sectors
including NGOs, private companies, Embassies, think tanks, Universities, and Government Agencies,
organized some of the largest Conferences within the development industry, and oversaw the
organization’s external communications.
Khin holds an MSc in Gender, Policy and Inequalities from the London School of Economics and Political Science
and a B.A. in International Relations and French and Francophone Studies from Brown University. Khin is passionate
about inclusive social transformation in Myanmar for those of all backgrounds and identities.
