Inspire Inclusion with BCGE l WGE 101 Awareness Session

Workplace Gender Equality 101 (WGE 101) is a crucial 2-hour awareness session organised by BCGE, aimed at providing participants with fundamental knowledge about creating gender-equal workplaces. During this special session, exclusively conducted for Member Organisations in celebration of International Women’s Day 2024, participants will explore topics such as Understanding Equality and Inequality, Gender Equality, Workplace Gender Equality (WGE) and why it matters, Safeguarding WGE through infrastructure, and many more. Engaging exercises and discussions will facilitate a deeper understanding of these concepts, empowering attendees to take actionable steps towards creating an inclusive workplace environment.
Who Should Attend?
This session is ideal for HR practitioners, people managers, and any employees or employers from BCGE’s member organisations who are interested in fostering gender equality in their workplaces. Whether you are new to the topic or looking to enhance your knowledge, this session will provide valuable insights and tools for driving positive change.
Please note that seats are limited, and registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, with a maximum of two attendees per BCGE’s member organisation.
