BCGE’s leader-member, Yever Company Limited, produced their second Gender Report through national Workplace Gender Equality Assessment – Know Your WGE in January 2023. By undertaking the National Workplace Gender Equality Assessment, Yever Company Limited has shown their continued commitment to inclusivity initiations and promoting equitable opportunities for all employees. Yever also took BCGE’s Workplace Gender Equality Employee Survey to understand the experiences and expectations of employees at all levels in the implementation of equitable and inclusive workplace practices, activities, and programs. Know Your WGE, a National-Level Workplace Gender Equality Assessment developed by a regional D&I award-winning thought leader, local gender and D&I experts, and HR Leads to capture the implementing practices and processes in the inclusivity and equality journey of organisations. It highlights the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and areas for growth for organisations through 11 Workplace Gender Equality areas, and the talent movements across five levels of responsibilities, to achieve their Vision. This initial Workplace Gender Equality Assessment make realise organisaitons understand where they are now in their equitable and inclusive journey. Workplace Gender Equality Employee Survey is a way to understand the experiences and expectations of employees at all levels in the implementation of equitable and inclusive workplace practices, activities, and programs. The Workplace Gender Equality Employee Survey supports not only improving Workplace Gender Equality practices but also makes perfect sense for a direct correlation between business success and employee satisfaction.
